Based on your input, we develop a custom layout for your conveyor system—belt, auger, or drag chain—taking into account flow rates, material type, access points, and integration with existing equipment.
Next, we create accurate 3D CAD models of your conveyor system, including all key components and assemblies. These models provide a clear visual of how everything will come together and allow for adjustments before fabrication begins.
We present the CAD models and design plans for your review. This step allows us to fine-tune any details, ensure system compatibility, and make sure the design meets your operational goals and expectations.
Once the design is finalized, you have the option to move forward with fabrication. We can manufacture the system to spec, or provide full fabrication-ready drawings and assembly details if you prefer to build in-house or with your trusted shop.
